01.07.2017: Change of the managing board
After the first change of the managing board of BAUGRUND DRESDEN back in January this year, another change is due now. Since 1999 Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Peter-Andreas von Wolffersdorff has been leading the company and in those 18 years he has not only seen to the constant development of the company itself and its employees with lots of engagement and entrepreneurial skills but also managed to establish a solid market position for the company on a highly professional level. So even if Prof. von Wolffersdorff will hand the reigns over to his successors as of 1 July 2017, Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Steffen Tost and Mr. Dr.-Ing. Lutz Vogt, he will still be a part of our company as senior partner, authorised expert and publicly appointed and sworn expert for geotechnical engineering. In place of all the employees, the shareholders would like to express their gratidude and thank Prof. von Wolffersdorff for the hard work and dedication and look forward to further cooperation.16.06.2017: Geotechnik-Stammtisch in Freiberg near Dresden
On June 7th the with students very popular Geotechnik-Stammtisch took place again at the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg. As every year BAUGRUND DRESDEN was also present. The event brings students with a major in geotechnics and companies in this sector together and provides both sides with the opportunity to make a first contact and to exchange experiences.

We are happy to welcome our longterm collegues and project managers, Mr. Dipl.-Ing. (FH) André Koletzko and Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Tilo Weber, into the circle of shareholders of BAUGRUND DRESDEN Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH.07.04.2017: Cross country running in the area of Prießnitzgrund
By now, participating in the annual cross-country running in the area of Prießnitzgrund has already turned into a tradition for BAUGRUND DRESDEN and thanks to the great interest among our staff members, we were able to put together 3 teams again this year. The traditional running has been taken place since 1913 and annually leads participants over a historical track with a length of 6.3 km. This makes it the oldest still existing track event in Germany.06.01.2017: Extension of the Management Team
We are very pleased to inform you that Mr. Dr.-Ing. Lutz Vogt and Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Steffen Tost have been appointed to Managing Directors of BAUGRUND DRESDEN Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH. For an initial transition phase our engineering office is run by a Management Team of 3 until our longtime Managing Director, Mr. Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Peter-Andreas von Wolffersdorff ultimately passes the baton on to his successors.
19.09.2016: Successful Baugrundtagung for the "Engineering Offices from Saxony"
From 14. to 17. September 2016 the by now 34th Baugrundtagung took place in Bielefeld, Germany, and drew countless of visitors to the conference and trade exhibition.
